On-site
On-site services allow you to get back up and running with minimal downtime. Our technicians will come to you and can have you back up and running in hours. Services are billed at an hourly rate.
Pickup
Pickup services are available for those looking for a more economic solution or in need of more flexibility to accomodate a busy schedule. A technician will come to your home or office to pick up your computer and bring it back to our workshop to complete the service requested. Flat rates offer significant savings over hourly rates. Once the repairs are completed, a technician will arrange to deliver and reconnect your computer to get you back up and running.
Remote
Remote services are available to existing customers with a broadband internet connection, allow us to complete software based repairs from a remote location.
